How does it work?
Simply call us up and tell us when and where you want to be picked up. We will send 2 experienced drivers in a car to pick you up. One driver will drive your vehicle with you in it, and the second driver will follow to your home. Once we get you and your car home safely, the drivers will leave in their car.
We do everything possible to maintain a consistently high standards of service. We have established quality assurance procedures to assure the performance you expect each and every time. From our customer service agents to our chauffeurs, every Smart Ride employee participates in rigorous training designed to guarantee a positive experience for our clients. From the time we say "Hello" to the time we drop you off, our drivers will take good care of you and your vehicle. We screen our drivers for driving and criminal records, test them for the knowledge of the GTA, and we ensure that they are 18 years of age and over.

By using Smart Ride you will save time and money. Because we get both you and your car home, you will not have to worry about paying for a taxi in the morning to get to your vehicle that you abandoned at some parking lot the night before. Not to mention a parking ticket you could have gotten, or even gotten towed! We all know that costs a small fortune. Our rates are Cab N A Half. That means, if it cost $20 from point A to B our price would be $30. Our minimum price is $35.

What are your hours of operation and how do I make a reservation?
Our hours of operation are 6PM to 6AM every day of the week. You can contact us via phone or e-mail any time to make a reservation. We suggest to contact us an hour before you wish to leave because we get very busy around closing time. For corporate events we ask you to make a reservation a week ahead and provide us with the number of guests.
